Boondoggle Games ("we", "our", or "us") operates mobile applications including QuizClips, Odd Ones Out, First Hand: Learn Poker, and other games (collectively, the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our Apps.
This section covers First Hand: Learn Poker. Sections 1 to 8 below describe our other Apps and don't apply to First Hand; sections 9 and 10 apply to all of our Apps.
First Hand has no sign-in, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and it doesn't use RevenueCat, Supabase or any other third-party service. It doesn't collect personal data, and nothing you do in the app is sent to us or anyone else.
Lessons, drills, practice hands, streaks, achievements and game-night players are stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.
AI opponents, hand reviews and Ask the coach use Apple's on-device model. Your questions and hands are not sent to a server.
First Hand Pro is bought through Apple. First Hand only learns whether Pro is active; Apple handles payment details.
Game-night reminders and blinds alerts are scheduled on your iPhone and never pass through a server. You can turn them off in your iPhone's Settings.
First Hand is rated 18+ on the App Store for simulated gambling and isn't directed to children.
Because First Hand doesn't collect personal data, there's nothing for us to access, correct or delete. To remove everything it stores, delete the app.
We collect information about your gameplay activity, including game progress, scores, levels completed, and in-game preferences to provide and improve our Apps.
If you create an account, we collect the information you provide such as your username, email address, and profile picture.
We may collect device identifiers and general device information to help us understand how our Apps are used and to improve performance.
Our Apps may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions. All payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or transaction data.
